The worry is that, from being such an open society some eras back to be so closed and narrow minded, why and how did we traverse? You wanna tell me something abt it?

I dare not say holding hands, cuddling and kissing in public is bad.. but just that you should not make others uncomfortable by your actions. Hence, all these private actions are better off in one’s bedroom and again, whatever happens in ones bedroom is just between themselves and need not be even bothered at by “externals”

Sec 377 was drafted by an orthodox Christian who had the church compound mentality on sexual preferences, & 377 is not just about gay/lesbian, it includes sex with animals and all such sort against natural ways of intercourse of a given species.

Now this is what the law says, and law is not the perfect representative of culture or morality

Each culture has its own moral values, and in a country like ours, which was at some time full of hindus, our approach to sex was never “RESTRICTIVE” Kamasutra,Kujarao Temples, Belur & Halebid, Drowpatis accpetence & don’t forget the Rishyashrunga who was born out of an intercourse with a deer..!!! is accepted as much as rama or krishna.

377 or not, what happens in the consent and confines of a room between two individuals is out of the scope of law.

But if some one wants to hold hands, cuddle, kiss in public – beware
